Registration and payment
A registration is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and confirmation has been issued. The pass category selected must match the registrant’s organisation type. Falcon Business Research may contact a purchaser to clarify eligibility or registration details.
What registration covers
Access is limited to the inclusions published with the selected pass. Travel, accommodation, visas and personal expenses are not included unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Participant details
Accurate attendee information is required for event administration and access. Badge and participation details may be corrected by contacting the event team.
Programme and venue
Reasonable programme, speaker, timing or operational changes may be made when necessary. The published venue is Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace, Riyadh.
